  Came to him to find out what's wrong with my rabbit. He had no clue but was fine charging me for it. Now I want to know how much I'd be looking at paying for desexing a dog, and surprise surprise, he won't give me any general figures without paying for a check up.

  Just rang for a price on desexing my cat and was told I had to bring her in for a consult...Bad customer service.

  This is a very good doctor. Experienced, knowledgeable and caring, and NOT extensive. I moved to the area not long ago, and am very happy that I went to him, despite of some bad reviews. I went to him becouse he took my dog after 6PM, and am glad I did. He was patient, and taught me how to administer the medication. If there was 10 points, I would give it to him. If he knew how to market him self, he probably could command higher fees. Very highly recommended.

  First of all they have terrible customer service. Doesn't give full information or details about products given. Expecting us to know what we're meant to do is utterly outrageous. All they want to do is take your money and rip you off. I took my pet dog in for a check up and all they did was examine my pet without telling us what was the actual problem. They discuss the issues within themselves but don't actually tell the customer. I know for a fact that they have been doing business for a while now but I'm surprised people still go there. I highly do not recommend you go here. Thank you

  Couldn't have been more helpful. Checked out my new puppies head to toe. Explained everything I needed to know about their medications and feeding. I left knowing exactly what I need to do.That's a really reassuring feeling. Didn't cost the earth and my adorable new babies look better already. I'll be back for sure.
